The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking a talented and passionate Multilingual Content Creator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing engaging content across various platforms, including blog posts, social media, and other marketing materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of both English and Chinese, as well as a deep understanding of cross-cultural marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with our clients' marketing objectives and brand image, while effectively targeting cross-cultural audiences.
- Create high-quality, engaging content in both English and Chinese for various platforms, such as blog posts, social media posts, whitepapers, and case studies. Localise content in local languages, such as Simplified Chinese.
- Manage and maintain our content calendar, ensuring timely publication and adherence to deadlines.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and develop content for promotional campaigns.
- Monitor and analyse content performance, adjusting strategies as needed to optimise engagement and reach.
- Actively participate in community management, engaging with our audience across social media channels and fostering meaningful connections.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in content creation and cross-cultural marketing.
- Produce and edit promotional videos for campaigns and events.
Candidate Requirements:
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese is a must.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or a related role, preferably within a marketing agency or related industry.
- A strong understanding of cross-cultural marketing strategies and the ability to create content that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Strong graphic design and video editing capabilities
- Excellent storytelling, writing, and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, content management systems, and SEO best practices.
- A creative and resourceful mindset, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends in content creation and cross-cultural marketing.
