The ISC Project Management Specialist will play an integral role in helping the company achieve its ambition by executing in partnership with Corporate Supply Chain and transformation teams. This position will also support the ISC transformation digitization agenda. While this role will primarily focus on supporting ISC transformation, it also provides the opportunity to play a significant role in driving standardization of activities and process improvement across Honeywell.
Ideal candidates will bring prior experience in a well-regarded, global manufacturing and technology businesses of scale. He or she will possess intellect, proficient technical fluency, business and finance acumen, and communication skills to help drive Honeywell’s transformation vision, guidance, and compliance in support of business growth and profitability.
An ideal candidate will possess the following:
- ISC Acumen. Direct experience from a large-scale operations role in a multinational environment is essential. Ideally, this individual has experience working with complex global multi-national manufacturing footprints, software, a complex supply chain in a business that operates under multi-year long term plans.
- Business Partner. A proven ability to partner with integrated supply chain and operations teams to drive and monitor performance and to develop strategic plans. He or she will be a strategic leader who can impact and change business-level strategy beyond the ISC area. Possesses change agility and mobilizes others in the organization to initiate change.

- Experience of administration, finance, or supply chain within a corporate environment
- Degree in IT or Business Administration
- Experience in mapping process flows and industrial schematic flow diagrams
- Must have strong understanding/background working with IT development teams
- Prior experience in coding + data/query management
- Experience ERP / SAP systems
