We want a new Infrastructure Specialist to check in with us in Stockholm, Sweden!
As our Infrastructure Specialist you will provide technical specialist competence within network and workplace for business-critical IT services and systems in the daily operational work, as well as being a technical resource in projects to ensure operational stability and enable a reliable and consistent development process.
You will coordinate changes and releases according to set a roadmap together with vendors, lead problem management analysis to eliminate recurring incidents for our IT services and systems, and improve the incident management process to enable the most efficient service towards the business. Main activities and responsibilities:
- Collaborate with vendors and IT service managers to improve network and workplace services/systems according to set roadmaps
- Improve the incident management process for our IT services/systems by create and maintain support scripts/knowledge base articles, add request items on the service portal etc.
- Work with problem analysis for recurring incidents according to the problem management process
- Perform specific tasks according to the change & release management process, for example service specific deliveries to support upgrades, service modifications and the openings, closings, re-brandings and renovations
- Assist in ordering and configuration of new functions
- Suggest IT service/system improvements to increase efficiency to IT service manager or service desk
- Perform knowledge sharing such as trainings, documentations etc.
- On a frequent basis, create KPI reports, analyze trends and recommend actions
- Act as resource/lead for testing in line and projects
- Project resource in development projects as subject matter experts, where applicable
- Record relevant data in the ITSM tool
Skills & Background:
- Deep technical Knowledge and experience in workplace and network related IT services/systems
- Expertise in ITIL, particularly incident/problem management and request fulfillment
- Experience with Microsoft intune & endpoint configuration manager and azure active directory
- Network hardware experience across multiple brands (switches, access points, routers, firewalls, cabling)
- Knowledge in network troubleshooting and IT assessments and management
- Experience in WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls & network security
- Understanding/creating network drawings
- Experience in Windows 10 & 11
- Experience in Aruba /Cisco/Ruckus/Fortinet
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in Swedish is meritorious
