Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Communications Specialist.
In this role, you will assist in developing and implementing effective communication programs to promote the Supply Chain Management objectives, enhance brand awareness, and engage with various stakeholders.
As a Communications Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Transformation team, contributing to the creation of compelling content, managing social media channels, supporting internal and external communication initiatives, updating content on the websites, ensuring our training programs are up to date and assisting with media relations activities.

Content Creation: Assist in creating concise and engaging content for various communication channels, including emails, websites, social media posts, training and marketing materials.
Social Media Management: Support the management of social media platforms by creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.
Internal Communications: Assist in the development and distribution of internal communications materials, such as newsletters and various business needs.
Branding and Messaging: Contribute to maintaining consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all communication channels and materials.
Research and Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and best practices to provide valuable insights and recommendations for communication strategies.
Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external partners to meet project objectives and to ensure alignment and consistency in communication efforts.
Reporting: Generate reports and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of communication programs and initiatives.
Metrics: Reviews performance metrics on a regular basis, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Education and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, journalism, or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of communications experience. Training or supply chain function experience is preferred.
Knowledge and Skills:
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and ability to adapt writing style for different audiences.
Mastery in English and local language.
Proficiency in using business application skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint)
Good teamwork skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with various communication channels, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
Understanding of branding principles and experience in maintaining brand consistency is desirable.
