Join our team as a Data Governance Specialist and be at the forefront of a transformative initiative at Drei, where we turn data into valuable assets. In this role, you will spearhead innovative projects, bringing new data management services to life and translating Data Governance into tangible business value.
Aufgaben:

  • Implement data governance activities like data marketplace, information lifecycle management, and data quality monitoring.
  • Collaborate with data owners, stewards, and IT colleagues to develop end-to-end Data Governance processes and products.
  • Drive change management measures for a data-driven organization.
  • Create & manage a roadmap aligned with our corporate strategy.
  • Consult and collaborate with business departments to enhance our data catalog and glossary.
  • Define roles and responsibilities for data governance and accountability of information assets.
  • Gather requirements, profile data, and support data quality improvements.
  • Ensure data quality standards in design sessions.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities based on industry trends research.
  • Produce accurate, efficient, and governed data results and reporting.
  • Foster strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Train colleagues on Data Governance tools and processes.

Anforderungsprofil:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Information Management.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a major organization with substantial experience in large-scale data or project management and oversight.
  • Knowledge of industry-leading data quality and data protection management practices.
  • Familiarity with data governance practices, business and technology issues related to enterprise information asset management, and data protection approaches.
  • Understanding of GDPR and emerging trends in data governance.
  • Demonstrated consulting skills, including change management concepts and strategies, communication, culture change, and performance measurement system design.
  • Preferred knowledge of Informatica data governance tools EDC and Axon.
  • Desired qualities include team spirit, willingness to help, quality awareness, and a "sharing is caring" mentality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

We will agree your salary based on your qualifications and experience in line with the market. The gross annual salary according to the collective agreement for telecom companies is at least € 41.700,- (40 hours/week). Experience shows that the actual salary is at least € 50.000,-.
