As Senior Manager Product Management you will contribute to the product line manufacturing strategy & lead cross-functional teams over the global frontend and backend sites to improve quality, capacity and cost position for part of the product portfolio.This sounds like the right challange for you? - Define the value proposition of the portfolio, build a go-to-market strategy and execute a product-level go to-market plan
- Managing the product lifecycle in the commercialization phase with smart demand planning for sustainable business growth
- Develop pricing strategy and pricing guideline , contributes to operative pricing guideline/corridor and s upport the quotation process , define Volume Purchase Agreements (VPA) pricing guideline and limits
- Develop and manage product portfolio strategy and drive revenue and profitability growth
- Contribute product strategy and bluebook preparation
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields. MBA or advanced engineering degree is a plus.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in product marketing or management , business development, or application marketing/engineering
- Knowledge of semiconductors , especially in the field of power semi and an understanding of the automotive electromobility market
- A proven track record of delivering sustainable results in dynamic market - from business ideas executed to a revenue stream
- Proactive, self-driven, and result-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and resolve potential conflicts
- International networking skills and willingness to travel
- Excellent communication skills in English and German Skills
