Job Summary

The Tele Marketer will be responsible for following up on leads and prospects to secure qualified appointments for our Senior Sales Reps, and will also have the opportunity to register people for webinars and events.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Participate in weekly sales meetings and daily huddles to report progress, provide input on campaigns, and report problems.
  • Call (follow up) on inbound leads to qualify and book consults for our Senior Consultant.
  • Make outbound calls to various lists of prospects as directed.
  • Accurately track all activities (calls, contacts, scheduled appointments, sat appointments, etc.) and submit reports by Friday.
  • Confirm and concierge all appointments booked, as well as self-booked appointments assigned.
  • Assist in qualifying, confirming and rescheduling self-booked appointments.
  • Follow up on no-shows and cancellations to attempt to reschedule them.
  • Keep detailed notes on calls and communications in our CRM.
  • Use the CRM, appointment core, dialer and other tech correctly.
  • Prepare and send pre-meeting materials to appointments booked.
  • Complete all tasks set for in the CRM on time and as directed.
  • Be aware of all current mailings and promotions.
  • Participate in our book club and other training programs.
  • Assist at events when needed (usually virtually).

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success.
  • Desire and ability to learn new technologies and adapt to changing client needs.
  • Preference of candidates with experience in selling for this or a similar industry.
  • Preference for a strong technical aptitude.
  • Experience working in a team environment with a focus on collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Job Requirements:

  • Clear well-spoken English with little to no discernable accent.
  • 5+ years experience with B2B Inside Sales (10+ preferred).
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
