Customer Success Specialist

· Provide customers with timely responses to digital and telephone-based requests.

· Ensure smooth handovers from online/offline queries to account owners so there is little friction in the customer experience.

· Manage ‘Opportunity’ distribution in HubSpot, assigning leads/opportunities post events.

· Represent a knowledgeable, efficient and professional image of LUCA Plus by handling business respectfully and professionally.

· Work with our internal product teams to support and close out customer product feedback loops.

· Support the team in managing lead data in HubSpot.

· All other routine and reasonable duties as directed by the management team.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: RM25.00 - RM40.00 per hour
