The Client Training Associate will provide support and customer service, as well as assist with client onboarding and training on all aspects of Zenith accounting software. Apply knowledge of Zenith software and best accounting practices to ensure smooth and consistent client onboarding onto Zenith systems. This role will also ensure that the client optimally uses the Zenith platform.
Responsibilities:$ads={1}
- Coordinate the onboarding of new clients which includes assigning resources, scheduling training, and managing the new client onboarding project plan, under the direction of Client Training Manager
- Assist with client training program including the schedule & training materials
- Provides ongoing client education regarding new/available features and benefits to ensure customer understanding and proper use of services.
- Ensure that the implementation and delivery of products and services is completed within agreed upon time frames, adhering to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with other operational tasks as assigned, including the development of reports and procedures
- High school diploma
- General knowledge of accounting and payroll
- 1+ year of relevant experience in a client-facing role
- 1+ year managing projects and meeting deadlines
- Compensation for this position includes a Semi-Annual Bonus Plan
