We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Team Manager to lead and manage our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. As the Sales Team Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and maintaining customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead the sales team, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to drive sales growth.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and customer needs.
- Monitor and manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely and accurate forecasting.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales team performance and progress towards goals.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment that encourages success and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales management or a related role.
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Sales force or other CRM software.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers or attend industry events.
