Kern doel van die pos:

Effektiewe hantering van alle administratiewe take met betrekking tot die administrasie van die afdeling.

Minimum Vereistes:

  • Graad 12 met rekeningkunde;
  • 1-2 jaar administratiewe ondervinding.

Vaardighede:

  • Goeie kommunikasie- en taalvaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels;
  • Rekenaarvaardig (MS Office met spesifieke klem op Excel);
  • Goeie interpersoonlike en konflik hanterings- vaardighede;
  • Syfervaardigheid, noukeurigheid en akkuraatheid essensieel;
  • Moet onafhanklik en onder druk kan funksioneer;
  • Goeie organisasie en prioritiserings- vermoë.

Verantwoordelikhede:

  • Byhou van administrasie;
  • Hanteer fakture en joernale.


Main purpose of the position:

Effective handling of all administrative tasks relating to the administration of the department.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 with accounting;
  • 1-2 year’s experience in an administrative position.

Skills:

  • Sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English;
  • Computer literate (MS Office with a strong emphasis on Excel);
  • Good interpersonal and conflict handling skills;
  • Good numerical ability as well as the ability to work meticulously and pay attention to detail;
  • Must be able to function independently and cope under pressure;
  • Good organisation and prioritising abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Keeping up with administration;
  • Handle invoices and journals.
