TOUR OPERATOR / OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
A small, niche but well established tour operator based in Muizenberg is looking for a Tour Consultant/Office Administrator to work from home based office.
The successful applicant will need to manage overseas enquiries from Agents - from quote to finalising bookings as well as invoicing and all related administration. Calm and professional skills are needed to service all enquiries efficiently.
This will be a dual role to service the tour enquiries as well as “running” the office administration. Duties will cover the usual office situation eg. Answering emails, product knowledge, general running of the office. Maintaining social media up to date.
R16.000.00+ per month depending on experience.
Applicant Requirements : minimum 5 years’ previous experience in the Travel industry is essential.
