- Responsible for bidding management including price management, online purchasing and on records procurement, etc.
- Optimize importer, 1st Tier and 2nd Tier distributor management including warehouse, goods delivery, inventory, billing and funding flow
- Monitor distribution network to ensure the compliance with two-invoice policy
- Engage distributors in collaboration with the Company for market access programs to drive hospital listing
- Broaden the access through DTC system to build the 2nd growth engine in addition to the hospital channel
- Evaluate potential distributors and build solid distribution network to maximize the coverage of current products and future pipeline
Qualification Required:

- 5-year and above working experience in MNC pharmaceutical company or reputable drug distribution company
- Solid experience with bidding, distribution network and channel management
- Advanced negotiation skill and a good influencer
- Strong information and data analysis skills
- Able to work under high pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Result driven, able to deliver in highly demanding environment and competitive market
- Good team player, skillful in engaging and motivating people around and drive cross functional activities/programs
- Bachelor and above degree with workable English
