Customer Engagement Coordinator [Denmark]

 

What to Expect

Tesla is looking for a Customer Engagement Coordinator to execute on sales support projects including lead generation, digital project development and retail campaigns in Denmark. The position is based in Køge and reports to the Market Lead. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong organization and execution skills.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in the implementation of a comprehensive event calendar with centralized tracking of all local test drive and lead generation events, and external corporate events (e.g. auto shows and product launches)
• Execute in-store programs and email campaigns to engage existing leads and create new leads
• Work with communications team on consistent and effective messaging of external documents and promotional materials to support our sales enablement activities
• Support content production initiatives (video, photography) by coordinating internal and external stakeholders
• Manage outside agencies and vendors on a needed basis
• Evaluate and track the success of programs and campaigns
• Ensure compliance with global brand strategy and corporate identity for Tesla

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in digital marketing and integrated marcomms
• BA or Master in Business Administration, marketing, communication or other related degree with proven track experience
• Excellent writing and editing skills. Fluency in English and Danish is required. Any additional European language is of advantage
• Maintain a high sense of urgency and entrepreneurial work ethic that is required to drive business outcomes
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
• Result driven, hands-on, positive “can do” attitude, passionate and able to show commitment and to inspire others
• Proficient in MS Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and deadline-oriented environment
