Our client is seeking a motivated Commercial Account Handler to join their team in Glasgow. As a Commercial Broker, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients and providing them with the best possible insurance solutions.
Responsibilities:

Building and maintaining relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide them with appropriate solutions
- Assessing risks and providing advice on insurance coverage
- Negotiating insurance policies and ensuring that clients receive the best possible terms and premiums
- Managing renewals and ensuring that clients are aware of any changes to their policy
- Developing new business opportunities through networking and referrals
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in the insurance market and regulations
- Providing excellent customer service and handling any client inquiries or complaints in a professional and timely manner
Requirements:

Previous experience working in commercial insurance in some capacity
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and services
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insurance industry software
