Product & Supply Chain Assistant
Role Profile
The Product & Supply Chain Assistant will have a key role in production scheduling, inventory control, coordinating with key suppliers and managing shipments.
Assist the Product Manager in all aspects of production planning and controlling.- Actively engage and coordinate with the physical stores, warehouses, DHL and suppliers to ensure that we have the right products, at the right time, in the right quantity, at the right place to meet customer demand.
- Book and follow-up shipments of goods between suppliers, warehouses, physical stores and end-customers (B2B and B2C).
- Control inventory levels and identify what products are selling fast and slow.
- Manage customer returns.
- Upload products to our website.
