As the Sales Representative, you will provide complete and appropriate solutions to every customer’s need for BONITA TREATS in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Present, promote, and sell our products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Merchandise and promote the optimal display of products in different stores.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Improve product shelf displays at all designated stores within your purview.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Collection of bank cheques and processing of store orders as appropriate.
- Identifying new supermarkets/stores with high traffic for possible entry.
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, and track sales, and status reports.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Developing relationships with floor managers, shelves, and procurement managers to aid the business.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
- Perform any other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENT & SKILLS
- Minimum 1 year of modern trade sales experience
- Must have FCMG experience
- Retail sales
- Highly motivated and target is driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
- ND in any business or related field.
