Sales Representative [Nigeria]


 

As the Sales Representative, you will provide complete and appropriate solutions to every customer’s need for BONITA TREATS in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Present, promote, and sell our products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Merchandise and promote the optimal display of products in different stores.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  • Improve product shelf displays at all designated stores within your purview.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Collection of bank cheques and processing of store orders as appropriate.
  • Identifying new supermarkets/stores with high traffic for possible entry.
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, and track sales, and status reports.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Developing relationships with floor managers, shelves, and procurement managers to aid the business.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENT & SKILLS

  • Minimum 1 year of modern trade sales experience
  • Must have FCMG experience
  • Retail sales
  • Highly motivated and target is driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
  • ND in any business or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From ₦60,000.00 per month
