Join our fast-growing company as a German Speaking Customer & Sales Support Representative.
You will help promoting a German software company developing a smart digitization solution for educational institutions (mainly kindergardens and day care centers).
It is a remote full-time position.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 17:00 Central European Time.

Your responsibilities:
- Follow-up calls with leads with the aim of booking webinars.
- Calls to existing customers to evaluate satisfaction and upselling potential.
- Calls to test customers.
- Lead generation/List Building: Research potential new customers, add information to the CRM.
- Work with Hubspot and Aircall.
You are our perfect candidate if you:
- Have Fluent Spoken German without accent.
- Have experience in a call-center environment, sales and/or customer support.
- Are client-oriented and attentive to details, have active listening skills and are a problem solver and hard-working team-player.
- Have good computer skills.
- Experience with Hubspot and Aircall is an advantage.
