For our HR department we are looking for a: Recruitment Intern.
Your goal
Are you looking for an internship in a dynamic HR department where growth and internationalization go hand in hand? Would you like to get an in-depth look at recruitment / talent acquisition? Then don't wait too long to apply!
This internship within Marktlink has recruitment as main focus. As our new intern you will fulfill a supporting and administrative role. This includes posting vacancies, preparing recruitment events and on-boarding. We will also take you along in various other HR-projects. We would like to hear where your interest lies.
Your responsibilities
- Answering questions from candidates that come in via the HR inbox;
- Supporting various recruitment activities, such as in-house events, external (national and international) events and guest lectures;
- Assisting in the recruitment and selection of new colleagues;
- Maintaining the applicant tracking system (Recruitee);
- Building talent pools;
- Maintaining and expanding contacts with student associations;
- Development and maintenance of career site;
- Sourcing candidates.
Your profile
- Bachelor or Masters student in HR, Psychology, Business Administration or similar;
- Fluency in English (Dutch preferred)
- Pro active, eager to learn and capable of solving complex matters;
- Availability of 4 days. For at least 5 months.
- Possibility to write your thesis.
