We have mob programming teams running most of the time and when appropriate we do pair programming encouraging collaboration and continued learning. As a global company with colleagues around the world we work in English, even in the Stockholm office where the TriOptima technology department is located.
The office space is modern, spacious and designed for social interactions and our rooftop terrace makes for scenic lunches in the summertime, right in the middle of Stockholm. We will provide you with equipment for remote work and always encourage a healthy work-life balance. We believe our colleagues are fantastic and the most important part of us and our culture. Technologies
We build web-based services and our teams individually choose the technology best suited for their needs. Some technologies used are: Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Elm, Clojure, Kotlin, Go, Django, MySQL, ElasticSearch, Cassandra, Kafka, and Kubernetes. While it's good if you are familiar with some of the above, we don't expect you to know it all. We expect most people to have solid experience in some tech stack and learn on the job. The stack is just a small part compared to the product itself.
Experience
We have developers with a lot of different backgrounds, regarding both work experience and education. At the end of the day, what really matters is that you have a genuine interest in programming, problem solving, and learning new things.
