Your Mission:
- Master the inbound phone line and steer calls to the right teammates
- Be a guiding light for clients, providing accurate info and direction
- Show off your problem-solving prowess by resolving client queries over the phone
- Assist with admin duties to keep our customer support department running smoothly
Your Skills:
- Superb interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues
- Top-tier time management skills to juggle tasks and meet deadlines
- Proactive problem-solving abilities
Your Toolkit:
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work as part of a dynamic team
- Energized, enthusiastic, and confident team player
- High motivation and dedication to excellent customer service
- Previous International BPO customer service experience is a must
- Polite telephone manners and top-notch communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office and quick to learn new systems
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 09:30 – 18:30/ 10:30 – 19:30 (UK Daylight savings)
