- Responsibilities
- Takes overall responsibility for financial performance of the property and the achievement of property sales and profit objectives
- Be responsible for planning, controlling and coordination of all functional events as requested by the Management
- Manage lyf Guards and other operational functions in providing excellent service standards and building the community for residents
- Look into the productivity of all different functions and work with them to increase efficiency
- Ensure that all staff place focus on skills upgrading by attending relevant training courses
- Lead the environmental, health and safety plans, ensure that the workplace is safe, the environment is being protected and any risk is avoided
- Evaluate employee performance and work with Human Resource Team to provide staffing recommendations
- Review guests’ feedback and aim to improve on the standards of services
- Cultivate good business working relationships with guests, owners and partners
- Ensure adherence to relevant legislations (ie; fire, licensing and employment)
- Manage execution of the Sales & Marketing plan of the property
- Perform related tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
You have:
- At least 8 years of relevant experience preferably in the hospitality service industry
- Attained at least Diploma in Hospitality or Hotel Management
- Knowledge of change management and the ability to discover operational efficiencies
- Service-oriented, attentive to details and observant
- Enjoy learning a variety of tasks and concurrently managing several departments.
- Management and supervisory skills
