Your tasks:
- Ensure Level 1 and 2 support by responding to technical incidents and business IT service requests
- Resolve as many requests as possible on the first call, using the tools at your disposal or by visiting the site.
- Encoding, handling, tracking and finalizing tickets
- Manage the deployment of PCs and their images, as well as the installation of hardware and software
- Actively participate in the development of solutions and procedures, as well as project implementation.
- Actively monitor technological developments on the market and manage the life cycle of various technological components.
Your profile:
- You have at least 5 years' experience in a similar position, ideally in an internationally distributed organization.
- Fluency in French and very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)
- Good knowledge of Office 2019, 2021, 365, Windows 10, 11, PC hardware and peripherals
- You are familiar with managing users, computers and groups in Active Directory and Azure Active Directory, managing e-mail addresses and shared mailboxes in Exchange On-Premise and Online, Teams and Sharepoint OneDrive.
- Your strengths: Windows Server, System Center Configuration Manager, basic routers and switches, ITIL.
