Your territory
As part of our Sales team, you will:
- Support Amazon advertising efforts for Tractive across Europe
- Help develop Amazon marketing strategies in partnership with our Sales department
- Apply PPC best practices for Amazon ads
- Monitor, analyze and report on performance metrics, sales, marketing performance and pricing with a regular frequency in order to allocate spending to best performers
- Partner with our Communications & Design teams to aid in the creation of messaging and brand assets compliant with brand guidelines and Amazon standards
- Bring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you’ll never hear the phrase “...because that’s how we’ve always done things”
- Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential and attend workshops which help you get to the next level
Your profile
Key requirements:
- Minimum one year of experience in managing advertising on Amazon
- Very good understanding of AMS
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to make data-based decisions
- Very good English skills
- Valid Austrian work permit or current enrollment at an Austrian university/FH

Just so you know what to expect: For this position, we offer a competitive overpayment based on qualification and experience. Annual gross salary starts at € 35,000 full-time. At Tractive, that means a 4-day work week with a 3-day weekend. If you bring relevant experience in many of the fields of responsibility, the salary will be considerably higher.
