Our successful Player Development Managers …

· develop and maintain strong relationships with identified VIP customers

· Monitor and analyse customer feedback and player trends

· provide 24/7 support with immediate response to high-end clients’ needs

· critically analyse competitor sites and marketing material

· work as part of a team or individually to deliver high quality standards consistently and accurately.

· Sales background will be an advantage.

· Be able to be a hunter in the sense of acquisition, retention and activation of new and existing guest.

· Establishing and maintaining relationships encompassing it with regular contact through various forms of communication platforms.

· Compile Monthly R.O.I reports

· Be proactive, organized and handle uncertain environments in the workplace.

If you have these qualifications, join our team: Matric (NQF 4), Verbal and written English Skills (NQF 4), Numeracy skills (NQF 4), proficient skills in MS Office, and at least five years’ experience related to the hospitality field and/or customer service and 3 years gaming experience in a Supervisory Role
