Your duties may include but not limited to:
Assist customers as required, respond to customer requests
Maintain a high level of food and general hygiene practice at all time, working to Health, Safety and Hygiene standards
Preparation and presentation of counter food and beverages according to Business Standards
Monitor stock requirements for food and other items to ensure business operations are maintained
Support kitchen team if/as and when required
Handle cash and till operations
Order products as and when required from stakeholders.
Prepare promotions as required from time to time
Upsells products as required
Making sure all the premises including customers premises are clean and tidy
Requirements:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail.
Be knowledgeable about both food and beverage products
Have a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service
Clear, strong communication skills operating in a small team
Flexible to work during peak periods including weekends and public holidays.
Qualification/Experience
NCEA level 2 or higher qualification or equivalent if overseas
Or
6 months experience in sales assistant role

Minimum guaranteed hours 30
