About the job
- The Digital Platform cluster is responsible for the build and maintenance of CENTRIC, BNP Paribas’ online distribution platform, and different web-applications available on or used by the platform. CENTRIC is a web platform that provides access to several products and services such as Cash Management, Trade Finance, Deposits and FX
- IT Project Management Officer mission consists in contribute to the definition, design and implementation of a solution that meets a requirement expressed by a stakeholder, taking into account the resources allocated, the deadlines, budget, compliance rules and the Group’s applicable best practices
Your Main Activities Are
- Define guidelines of programs and project governance (structure, roles and responsibilities)
- Prepare program committees and ensure traceability (agenda, minutes) in respect of decision and escalation schemes
- Define, consolidate and follow the cluster performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs), in collaboration with the key team members
- Ensure and maintain the control framework of the projects and escalate when necessary
- Provide key decision making supports on programs and projects: ensure all information is readily available to make timely decisions based on appropriate level of information
- Maintain processes and tools to ensure project management documentation
- Help with the implementation and respect of GB IT CIO Office guidelines
- Continuous improvement of methodologies and tools described above, automate when accurate
Profile and Skills to Success
- Academic background in Economics or Engineering or Sciences
- Present 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar role
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Fluency in French is a plus
- Experienced in SCRUM
- Good project management skills and capacity to manage strict deadlines
- Quick self-starter, pro-active attitude
- Good communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to derive conclusions and make decisions
- Autonomy, commitment and perseverance
- Ability to work in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment
