Who we are looking for
We've got an exciting opportunity for someone to join our team as our Team Administrator for the Operations Group! We're keen to get someone who is ready to take on this role and expand their knowledge, while providing exceptional support to the group.
The Team Administrator is a hugely important role responsible for providing high quality, accurate and timely administrative support.
As part of the Operations Group, you will be focused on supporting the Legal and Procurement Teams. Work will include supporting in the delegations and LGOIMA space, providing administrative support around the legal work associated with resource consents, together with everyday administrative tasks, assisting with deeds and other document management. Working closely with the Legal Team you will gain exposure and knowledge of many different areas of our organisation such as Finance, Communications, Project Management, Customer Delivery, IT and People and Capability - on occasion providing support as workloads/projects require.
As the ideal candidate, you will have experience across many disciplines and enjoy working with a variety of people. Any previous legal administrative experience would be an advantage. Attention to detail, accuracy and a high level of technical competency across Microsoft Office programmes is essential. Most importantly you will have well-developed interpersonal skills, great sense of humour and a willingness to learn.
