Rubrikk Group AS
is looking for a new colleague, responsible for overseeing and streamlining financial reporting, also overseeing accounting, operational and administrative processes. The right candidate will also be identifying opportunities for automation and establishing a robust reporting scheme for both management and the board of directors. The position will report to the CEO.

The Finance Manager will ensure that Rubrikk Group maintains a strong financial position and complies with relevant laws and regulations. The position is located in Cluj, Romania. Travel to the HQ in Oslo will be required.

Responsibilities:

  • ensure high quality financial reporting and statements
  • oversee the budgeting and forecasting process
  • manage the accounting and HR/admin department (2 FTEs)
  • facilitate the annual salary review
  • develop and maintain internal guidelines and processes related to budgeting, accounting, finance, payments, invoicing, debt collection, transfer pricing etc.
  • identify and implement ways to improve effectiveness of financial reporting, control or similar
  • develop, maintain and review the company's compliance policies and documents
  • responsible for ensuring compliant travel booking and vacation planning process
  • responsible for HR processes and guidance to employees on HR, administrative and operational matters
  • ensure all operational processes runs smoothly
  • manage external accountants, payroll providers, legal advisors and auditors

Qualifications:

  • a proven experience in leading and managing teams, including external partners
  • a degree in business administration, finance, accounting or similar
  • minimum five years of relevant experience
  • a proven track record managing accounting processes, reporting and budgeting
  • knowledge of relevant labor laws, regulations, and best practices in finance, accounting, tax and payroll
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
  • proficiency in English, both spoken and written
