As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategies, managing all social media accounts, and driving engagement and growth across various platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media trends, possesses exceptional communication and organizational skills, and can effectively leverage social media platforms to enhance our brand image and drive business objectives. You will be expected to stay up-to-date with current trends, platforms, and best practices in the social media landscape, and have an in-depth understanding of various social media channels and their respective demographics. Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow our social media presence with appealing content to attract and retain a targeted audience.
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility and drive engagement across various social media platforms including Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Manage and curate the company's social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice, content quality, and timely responses to interactions and inquiries.
- Create compelling social media content that generates interest, encourages shares, and drives website traffic while adhering to the brand's guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, continuously improving strategies and processes to stay ahead of the competition.
- Monitor and actively manage the company's online reputation, addressing any negative customer feedback in a prompt and professional manner.
- Develop and manage social media editorial calendar to ensure regular and timely content updates and campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute social media campaigns that align with overall marketing and brand initiatives.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to identify potential opportunities and optimize social media performance.
- Stay compliant with data protection regulations and ensure all social media activities align with legal and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; preferred.
- 3-5 years of social media experience.
- Proven experience in building and growing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Experience in graphic design and video editing is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of current social media platforms, tools, algorithms, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple social media accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
- Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative social media strategies.
- Strong content writing skills with a keen eye for creating visually appealing and engaging content.
- Excellent communication skills.
- High attention to detail and the ability to deliver results within established deadlines.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to continuously improve social media presence.
- Must have an obsessive follow-through and a commitment to doing an exceptional job.
- MUST be efficient, focused, and hard-working!
- Ability to do daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly planning.
Compensation:
- $41,000 / annually
