We are looking for an enthusiastic and communicative German speaker to join our team at the vBoxx headquarters in The Hague.
You will be directly involved in the leitzcloud by vBoxx expansion in the German market. You will be a focal point for new and existing leitzcloud customers including customer onboarding, while at the same time you will get to know and improve leitzcloud first hand.

We are vBoxx, a Dutch hosting and Cloud provider and the IT-Partner from leitzcloud by vBoxx. We actually supply everything a company needs to function properly. Think of a cloud solution for the secure storage and sharing of files or hosting a company's entire working environment. At vBoxx, quality and personal service come first. IT doesn't have to be complicated and we make sure everyone understands and can use it.
What are your tasks?
- Support for inbound and outbound communication with leitzcloud customers from Germany to understand their needs and explain product value
- Customer onboarding (incl. product demonstrations)
- Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment
- Improve our management systems and product websites
- Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience
Your profile:
- Distinctive customer focus
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and/ or work experience in related field
- You speak German on a professional manner (speaking and writing)
- Excellent active listening and problem-solving skills
- Incredibly self-sufficient and organized
