Job Description:
- Responsible for the overall successful operations of properties;
- Inspections on the building premises include electro-mechanical equipment installed on the property;
- Provide upper management monthly written reports on areas of management;
- Coordinating with architects, contractors, and other professionals to plan and implement building maintenance projects;
- Conducting regular inspections of facilities to identify potential problems or hazards;
- Schedule and oversee all maintenance and repair work for the property, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repairs;
- Overseeing the inventory of supplies and equipment used for maintenance projects;
- Coordinating with insurance companies to ensure that all necessary repairs are covered by existing policies;
- Ensuring that all repairs are done in accordance with applicable building codes and regulations;
- Establishing work schedules and supervising staff members who perform maintenance work;
- Managing a team of contractors to ensure that jobs are completed on time and within budget parameters;
- Inspecting facilities to determine the need for repair and making recommendations for action
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering,
- At least 10 years of experience in managing either of the following: operating facilities, residential buildings, commercial malls, and office buildings,
- Must have a comprehensive knowledge of operations management or building management;
- Strong knowledge of engineering concepts and extensive experience with electrical, hydraulics, and mechanical work (MEP);
- Must have the ability to create comprehensive guidelines, policies, and procedures, and can conceptualize and manage an effective property management workflow.Familiarity in drafting and understanding blueprints and schematics;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, someone who is able to carefully yet quick to assess and act on issues and problems;
- Effective communication and people management skills;
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively

- 8 hour shift
