Foreign Material Engineer (f/m/d)
In this role you will be entrusted with product quality responsibilities while meeting customer requirements. You will drive initiatives within the cleanroom environment, ensuring consistent quality.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and improve our FM (Foreign Material) system, ensuring that station monitors and the FA fingerprint database align with the FM Yield Improvement Process roadmap
- Utilize cross-functional resources for FM improvement, ensuring real-time monitoring and timely reaction to any deviations in the production shop floor
- Coordinate FM improvement activities, using analysis to identify key areas and set priorities
- Elevate FM awareness among shop floor employees, conducting daily inspections and weekly audits to monitor production quality
- Oversee cleanroom construction, line setups, and machine movements, with a proactive approach to highlight and address any potential risks to production
- Collaborate closely with facility management on clean room air particle monitoring, ensuring prompt root cause analysis and corrective actions when needed
- Support regular air particle updates, and engage in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, being available for on-site support
- Diligently maintain FM-related documents and provide regular reports to management
Your Profile
- University Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent professional experience
- Experience in IC- Substrate or PCB production process; Fresh graduates with interest and enthusiasm for the FM Engineering topic are welcome and will be trained accordingly
- Work and collaborate with intercultural teams - semiconductor and electronics industry experience preferred
- Proficiency in project management, data evaluation, and quality tools such as SPC, MSA, DOE, FMEA, and CP
- Analytical mindset with keen attention to detail
- Effective communication and negotiation capabilities

Our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries, take individual qualifications and experience into consideration and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
